A lot has transpired over the past month as we inch closer to our season starting.

Our early bird pricing for registration has ended but we are still taking registrations in all divisions.
We are hoping to be able to fill out the teams to minimum/maximum capacity, and avoid turning away or having our players play elsewhere.

Sponsorship
Our local business community has stepped up big time, and is helping us build a great program and development system. Including the addition of a new pitching machine which will be available for use this spring.
Fists of Fury Program
The programming for our U5/U7 group is being developed to ensure our athletes are ready to succeed once they enter the GBMSL at the U9 level. It includes benchmarks for the foundational skills required, and full practice plans to help coaches assist the athletes achieve these milestones.
Pitching Clinic
A 5 session pitching clinic has started to help our hurlers prepare for the coming season.
Competitive Teams (OASA)
Our competitive teams will be holding tryouts in April. Stay tuned.
Volunteer Needed
We are looking for a couple of volunteers willing to take on these roles:
- Sponsor Profile Facebook Posts - Write and schedule Facebook Posts that profile our many sponsors
- Springwater News Articles - Write and submit bi-weekly articles to the Springwater News about how our season is going
Note: If a volunteer doesn't come forward these end up being contracted out for a fee which will be reflected in registration costs moving forward.
